North Stradbroke Island Tour $179
North Stradbroke Island Tour Itinerary
The North Stradbroke Island Day Tour begins from Brisbane where we’ll take a ferry to Stradbroke Island. As we cross Moreton Bay, you’ll be exposed to stunning views and have a preview of what’s to come.
Then we’ll take a walk around the Gorge. Here, you’ll be exposed to some of the island’s wildest and most beautiful scenery – keep your eyes peeled for exotic plant life, too.
Animal lovers will get the chance to view large colonies of koalas and kangaroos, and from the water, you can see amazing sea life such as dolphins, sea turtles, and manta rays, amongst other colourful species.
We’ll take you to Point Lookout, where you might be able to catch a glimpse of the Humpback Whale before we take you around all the best spots on the island – think Cylinder, Frenchman’s, and Main Beaches, as well as the quaint historical town of Dunwich and the cute fishing village of Amity.
From Amity Point you can enjoy fantastic views of Brisbane and even the famous Moreton Island with its iconic shipwrecks. You might even spot a koala in the wild here!
We’ll take an extended stop at Cylinder Beach so you can swim and enjoy the water before we move on to Myora Springs. While here, you’ll learn all about the battle between the Aborigines and the military, digging deep into the rich cultural history.
